These Terms govern access to and use of CarShows.online, including event listings, organizer accounts, paid promotion, advertising, support and related services. By using the service, creating an account or purchasing a placement, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
CarShows.online is an independent automotive event discovery and promotional platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, CarShows.online does not organize, operate, sponsor, insure, supervise or control events listed by third parties. Event times, locations, pricing, vehicle rules, admission and availability may change.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain control of your credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts used for fraud, spam, abuse, unlawful activity, repeated policy violations or security threats.
3. Event listings
By submitting an event, you represent that you are authorized to publish it and that the information is accurate. You grant CarShows.online a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, format, reproduce and display the submitted text, logos and images as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and share the listing. You retain ownership of your content.
Listings may be reviewed, edited for formatting, rejected, de-ranked, suspended or removed when they violate our Listing Policy, create legal or safety concerns, are misleading, duplicate another listing or materially degrade the directory.
4. Public event indexing and claims
CarShows.online may index limited factual information about publicly announced automotive events to improve event discovery. Such listings may identify and link to the public source from which the factual information was obtained. CarShows.online does not claim ownership of third-party event brands, logos, photography or source-site content. Source attribution does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
If you are an authorized organizer or representative, you may request control of an indexed listing. We may require reasonable verification and may approve, reject or revoke a claim when necessary to protect accuracy, ownership rights, users or the service.
5. Payments and promotions
Paid listings and advertising are processed through PayPal. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged for that order. Payment does not guarantee approval of content that violates these Terms or our policies. Featured and advertising placements provide increased visibility but do not guarantee attendance, sales, clicks, leads or any business result.
6. Advertising
Advertisers are responsible for their claims, landing pages, intellectual-property rights and legal compliance. Sponsored content may be labeled as advertising or sponsored. We may reject or remove ads involving deceptive claims, malware, unsafe redirects, illegal products or services, counterfeit goods, infringement, hateful or sexually explicit content, or material inappropriate for a general automotive audience.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not attempt to disrupt or bypass security; scrape the service at abusive scale; introduce malware; impersonate others; submit fraudulent events; manipulate analytics; infringe intellectual property; publish unlawful personal information; or use the platform to facilitate illegal activity.
8. Third-party services
The service may link to organizers, ticket sellers, maps, PayPal and other third parties. Their products, policies and availability are outside our control. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that every listing is accurate, every event will occur, or the service will be uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarShows.online and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the service or attendance at a listed event. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid CarShows.online for that service during the six months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify CarShows.online from third-party claims arising from content you submit, your advertising, your event operations or your material violation of these Terms.
13. Changes and termination
We may improve, modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. You may stop using the service at any time.
