CarShows.online combines original software and custom brand assets with selected open-source tools and properly attributed media.
The 3.1 logo, app icons and default 1200×630 social-sharing artwork are custom-generated assets prepared specifically for the CarShows.online brand package. They are bundled locally with this release rather than hotlinked from an external stock-image service.
The homepage hero uses a cropped and presentation-adjusted version of “Rockville Antique And Classic Car Show 2016 (30112435920)” by S Pakhrin, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 2.0.
Map interactions are powered by Leaflet. Base map data and standard map tiles are provided by OpenStreetMap contributors where the public tile service is used. Attribution remains visible on map surfaces.
Organizer address lookup and legacy-event map recovery can use OpenStreetMap Nominatim through controlled, rate-spaced requests. Automatic backfill is intentionally limited to tiny batches and failed addresses are sent to administrator review instead of being retried aggressively.
